An "Unlimited MTPLI policy" is a policy that does not list drivers who have the right to drive a given vehicle. Consequently, under such a MTPLI policy, an unlimited number of drivers can drive a car. They need to have a power of attorney.

And close relatives of the car owner can drive without a power of attorney if they are indicated as "relatives" in the MTPLI.
